Dear Eric,
Just wanted to say I'm glad your company has grown so well. I remember you having only one truck and doing all the work yourself. The last time you were here was 1995 you put a liner in the chimney. Time really flies fast.
I am also writing to say how one of your new workers, David Kalmeyer, went out of his way to get my new furnace installed for me. When he first came on Saturday he couldn't fix or I should say thought better of it and suggested a new outfit. Said it would take till Wednesday to complete job. I said OK.
But as it turned out he went and got heaters for me and made a special trip to bring them here. He then called Sunday morning to see if he could do the work then. He gave up his Sunday to start taking the old one apart. Then he was able to put the new one in on Monday. Two whole days early.
He was one of the nicest people I have met in a long time. But not to undermine anyone. All the men who came to help him were equally nice.
When you become elderly like me you really appreciate someone caring about you. Again, thank you for hiring such nice people. Maybe for them and their fine work is one reason your doing so well.
By the way, Tim Dauk sends his best he now lives in Florida.

Dear Eric,
I first called Miller Plumbing and Heating in an emergency situation. My furnace was dead….in the dead cold of March. I called late in the evening, expecting to get voicemail. Not only did a real person answer…it was the owner himself answering the phone! I was immediately impressed. They came to my home the very next morning…so their understanding of my situation was also impressive. Their product, work and reliability were fantastic. I made a random phone call, and Miller has a customer for life!
I recommend them very highly, without any reservations.

Last night, Mark your tech came to help me out with my furnace that was not working which ended up being the motor. He said he had a motor on his truck that he could put in for me and also told me my other options of getting a newer furnace instead. He gave me quotes on both. I just wanted to let you know that your tech was not pushing but just let me know my options. I was very satisfied with his service. There should be more tech's like him. For having someone out on a service call late, he was really pleasant and polite. I was very satisfied with him and your company and will definitely refer your company to my friends. Dear Mr. Miller,
I would like to commend three of your workers who recently did work at my house, Mark, David, and Tom. I want you to know that I was completely satisfied with their efforts, They were polite, considerate and respectful, as well as knowledgeable, competent, and hard-working. They left my home as clean as could be expected at the end of each day, and did their best to minimize disruption to my household. I appreciate Mark's candid advice and truthfilness, the time he took to expalin the problem and the solution, and his thorough approach. He is certainly an asset to your company. Although David only worked at my house on the first day, he impressed me as someone who is very capable. I understand that Tom's first day on the job was at my home. He is an affiable, well mannered young man, who had a willing and industrious attitude.
All-in-all, your men were conscientious, and I am confident that my plumbing problem, which has plagued me since I bought this house, has been corrected, and the frustration and inconvience it caused is a thing of the past. Thank you.

Dear Mr Miller,
Thank you for voiding and returning my check for $500.00 after I accidentally overpaid the balance on the contract for the hot water heater. Your honesty and integrity is appreciated. The water heater will probably save me money in gas bills over the long term - no more pilot light and keeping a 40 gal. tank hot. After the recent snow storm I filled my tea kettle straight from the faucet and melted ice from my steps and my car, thus saving the gas from heating it on the stove and saving the snow salt (more money, not to mention the environment). The hot showers are good, too.
